AbstractAngiographic illustration of aneurysmal involvement of renal, hepatic, and splenic arteries in a 10-year-old boy, led to correct diagnosis of polyarteritis nodosa. A follow-up study one year after cyclophosphamide and prednisone therapy showed near complete resolution of the arterial lesions and a marked improvement of renal blood flow.
