    AbstractMINI: Intraoperative cell salvage (ICS) is used to reduce blood loss in scoliosis spinal fusion. We report one case of hemolysis induced acute renal failure following ICS. This is the first reported case of acute renal failure associated with hemolysis following ICS in a scoliosis patient with sickle cell trait.
