AbstractA case of left ventricular lateral wall myocardial infarction in the distribution of circumflex coronary artery (LCX) was demonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging in a 55-year-old woman. Dissection of the proximal LCX due to blunt chest trauma was followed by percutaneous coronary artery stenting. MR (magnetic resonance) imaging of myocardial infarction is reviewed.
