AbstractErythema multiforme is characterized by itching macules, papules and bullae, symmetrically distributed on the dorsum of the hands. They can follow the administration of several drugs or infections with various agents, and in particular with herpes simplex virus. The recurrent variant is very rare, especially in the paediatric age group. We describe the case of a male adolescent with recurrent erythema multiforme caused by herpes virus and transient natural killer deficiency.
