AbstractWe describe a rare case of a patient with left frontotemporal gliosarcoma, which metastasized through the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to the leptomeninges and pachymeninges. Pathologically confirmed, magnetic resonance imaging-visible leptomeningeal spread of gliosarcoma via the CSF has not been previously reported.Copyright © 2011 by the American Society of Neuroimaging.
