AbstractChronic moist cough in children can be associated with serious pathologies. Protracted bacterial bronchitis remains a clinical diagnosis causing persistent moist cough, disturbed sleep, exercise intolerance and significant levels of morbidity. Management involves minimal investigations and prolonged courses of antibiotics.
