Urinary proteomics analysis for renal injury in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy with iTRAQ labeling and LC-MS/MS.
As a noninvasive examination, urinary proteomics is a very useful tool to identify renal disease. The purpose of the present study was to find differential proteins among women with preeclampsia, gestational hypertension and normal pregnancy, and to screen potential biomarkers for the early diagnosis of preeclampsia. ⋯ The present study found a multitude of differential proteins that might provide a clue for investigating the mechanism of proteinuria development in preeclampsia. Low urinary angiotensinogen levels were useful for identifying preeclampsia.
