Application of multiple injections of contrast agent in head and neck CT arteriovenous angiography in children: Study protocol clinical trial (SPIRIT Compliant).
To investigate the application value of multiple injections of contrast agent in head and neck CT arteriovenous angiography in children. ⋯ For the head and neck enhanced CT examination of children, the method of first bolus injection of 20% diluted contrast agent and later bolus injection of undiluted contrast agent can clearly demonstrate the head and neck arteries and veins one time, reducing the X-ray dose and contrast agent dose, which has clinical practical value in the enhanced CT examination of children with head and neck disease.

Clinical practice on intra-operative fluid therapy in Poland: A point prevalence study.
Intra-operative fluid therapy (IFT) is the cornerstone of peri-operative management as it may significantly influence the treatment outcome. Therefore, we sought to evaluate nationwide clinical practice regarding IFT in Poland. A cross-sectional, multicenter, point-prevalence study was performed on April 5, 2018, in 31 hospitals in Poland. ⋯ The IFT was dependent on the risk involved, while the transfused volumes were lower in ASA-PS III+ patients, as well as in high-risk procedures (P < .05). The practice of IFT is liberal but is adjusted to the preoperative risk. The consumption of synthetic colloids and 0.9% saline is low.

Effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy with music therapy in reducing physics test anxiety among students as measured by generalized test anxiety scale.
The study determined the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with music in reducing physics test anxiety among secondary school students as measured by generalized test anxiety scale. ⋯ We concluded that CBT-music program has a significant benefit in improving the management of physics test anxiety among secondary school students.

Sex differences in uric acid and NT-pro BNP assessments during coronary severity.
To investigate the correlation between uric acid (UA) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and coronary artery severity in acute coronary syndrome patients of different sexes. A total of 134 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were investigated. According to sex, there were 96 cases in male group and 38 cases in female group. ⋯ There was no significant correlation between NT-proBNP and severity of coronary artery disease in different sex (P > .05). UA was significantly correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease, especially in women, but not in men. The level of NT-proBNP was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery, but no significant difference was found in different sexes.

The potential association between hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and development of osteoporosis has drawn significant attention from clinicians and researchers in recent years due to the increasing prevalence of HBV infection. This study aims to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of the literature to show whether HBV infection is associated with an increased risk of osteoporosis. ⋯ PROSPERO (registration number CRD42020140522).
