Systemic lupus erythematosus with podocyte infolding glomerulopathy: A case report and literature review.
Podocyte infolding glomerulopathy (PIG) is a rare glomerular disease, its diagnosis mainly depends on pathological manifestations of the kidney. Few clinical cases of PIG have been reported, but it is sometimes associated with connective tissue diseases. Here we describe a case of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with PIG and undertake a review of the literature. ⋯ This study reported a case of PIG and SLE. The patient was diagnosed according to biopsy, and the disease remain stable after immunosuppressive therapy. It is recommended to carefully study renal biopsies from patients with proteinuria and underlying autoimmune diseases to identify additional cases.

Cytologic features of gastric-type endocervical adenocarcinoma: Three cases report and literature review.
Cervical gastric-type adenocarcinoma shows gastric differentiation, and the tumor cell morphology appears benign and unrelated to human papillomavirus, which makes cervical gastric-type adenocarcinoma highly susceptible to misdiagnosis as normal glandular epithelium in cytologic diagnosis. ⋯ The "drunken honeycomb" cell arrangement is diagnostically important in liquid-based cytology, especially when three-dimensional spheroids are present, and may be a characteristic cytological finding of well-differentiated cervical gastric-type adenocarcinoma.

Immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy for primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gallbladder: A case report and literature review.
Gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma (GNEC) is indeed a relatively rare malignant tumor of the gallbladder with neuroendocrine differentiation and the ability to produce and secrete a number of neurotransmitters and hormones, characteristics that make its clinical presentation and biological behavior likely to be different from those of other types of gallbladder cancer. Current treatment mostly relies on surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy. ⋯ The use of immune checkpoint inhibitors may become an effective tool in the treatment of neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gallbladder.

Meta Analysis
A network meta-analysis of different acupuncture therapy in the treatment of poststroke cognitive impairment and dementia.
Poststroke cognitive impairment and dementia (PSCID) is a major cause of stroke-related morbidities and mortalities. Over the last few years, there has been growing evidence supporting the effectiveness of needle-related treatments in PSCID. Our goal was to rate the included therapies and assess the clinical effectiveness of various needle-related treatments in patients with PSCID. ⋯ The results show that Different acupuncture methods can improve cognitive function and daily living ability in patients with PSCID. Network meta-analysis revealed that both CT + CFT + ACU and CT + CFT + EA appeared to be more beneficial for daily living activities, while CT + CFT + EA and CT + CFT + AP appeared to be more helpful for cognitive performance in patients with PSCID. Treatments including acupuncture are safer and have a reduced incidence of negative side effects.

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on labor pain in patients with natural childbirth: A network meta-analysis.
This systematic review compared the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments for outcomes of different stages and labor pain among pregnant women. ⋯ In general, a combined treatment with acupressure and acupuncture is the most effective approach for relieving labor pain and shortening the duration of labor. Based on these data, we intend to explore further clinical TCM therapy for relieving maternal pain.
