Efficacy of toothpaste containing OPTIMEALTH® OR in inhibiting dental plaque and gingivitis: A randomized controlled trial.
This randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluated the effects of 2% OPTIMEALTH® OR toothpaste in regulating dental plaque microbiota and alleviating gingivitis. ⋯ Brushing teeth with 2% OPTIMEALTH® OR-fortified toothpaste could effectively reduce dental plaque and regulate plaque microbiota.

The efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with emotional freedom techniques on the postoperative pain and anxiety state of patients with lower limb fractures: A randomized clinical controlled trial.
Lower limb fractures cause local pain, swelling, ecchymosis, and dysfunction. Clinically, incision and reduction surgery are often employed to treat lower limb fractures. However, postoperative pain can be intense, leading to adverse emotions that hinder subsequent recovery. ⋯ Auricular acupressure combined with EFT effectively reduces pain levels, alleviates anxiety, and increases patient satisfaction with nursing care in postoperative patients with lower limb fractures.

The effect of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization technique combined with Kinesio Taping on neuromuscular function and pain self-efficacy in individuals with chronic nonspecific low back pain: A randomized trial.
This study investigates the therapeutic efficacy of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) technology paired with Kinesio Taping in patients with persistent nonspecific low back pain, as well as the effect on neuromuscular function and pain self-efficacy. ⋯ DNS technology paired with Kinesio Taping can considerably improve neuromuscular function and enhance pain self-efficacy in chronic nonspecific low back pain patients, reducing discomfort and improving dysfunction.

Efficacy of wound care ointment in healing infectious wounds after anorectal surgery: A randomized controlled trial.
This study evaluates the efficacy of a novel bismuth subgallate-borneol compound ointment as an adjuvant therapy in promoting postoperative healing of infectious incisions after anorectal surgery. ⋯ The bismuth subgallate-borneol compound ointment, when used as an adjuvant to standard wound care protocols, demonstrates significant efficacy in treating post-anorectal surgery infectious wounds. Its dual-active component formulation appears to effectively promote both granulation tissue formation and wound healing, potentially through its documented antibacterial properties.

Study on the clinical efficacy of soothing moisturizing repairing cream combined with desonide in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.
This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of soothing moisturizing repairing cream combined with desonide in the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children in the real world. A total of 37 children with AD were randomly divided into experimental (17) and control (20) groups. For the experimental group, treated with moisturizing cream combined with desonide cream, the maintenance period was with moisturizer alone. ⋯ The incidence of adverse reactions shows no statistical significance. The combination of moisturizing cream and desonide in the treatment of AD in children is highly effective and safe. It is worth promoting for clinical application due to its significant therapeutic effects and high safety profile.
