A systematic review. ⋯ Currently, physical functioning is evaluated with a variety of measures in AIS. The majority of measurement properties studies evaluated PROM with a paucity of information on measurement properties of PBOM and body structure and function OM. Based on COSMIN methodology, none of the OM identified in this review can be recommended with confidence in individuals with AIS.Level of Evidence: 2.

Systematic review and meta-analysis. ⋯ The clinical outcomes in the IS group were similar to those in the non-IS group, but the application of the IS significantly restored LL, prevented decompensation, and reduced the occurrence of the distal instrumentation instability. Therefore, the IS may be a good choice for the operative treatment of ASD patients with sagittal malalignment and other risks of lumbosacral fracture, metal breakage, and screw pullout.Level of Evidence: 3.
