Circ_ATAD3B inhibits cell proliferation of breast cancer via mediating the miR-570-3p/MX2 axis.
It has been discovered that some circular RNAs can serve as excellent therapeutic targets for breast cancer (BC). However, the biological role that circ ATAD3B plays in BC is not yet completely understood. As a result, the purpose of this work was to evaluate the function of circ_ATAD3B in the development of BC. ⋯ The inhibitory effect that circ_ATAD3B has on the malignant phenotype of BC cells was overcome by the expression of miR-570-3p through up-regulation and MX2 through down-regulation. The tumor suppressor circ_ATAD3B prevents cancer progression by regulating the miR-570-3p/MX2 pathway. Circ_ATAD3B may be a candidate for targeted therapy of breast cancer.

Application of MPP database and artificial intelligence system in online evaluation of college students' mental health.
Based on MPP database, we have conducted research and investigation on big data processing and analysis, and provided a good solution for big data. However, due to the large data storage requirements in the local file system may not be fully met. Therefore, the storage and management of big data, reliability, availability and scalability are more and more adopted by distributed file system. ⋯ College Students' mental health education is an important part of the current training. Rapid and accurate online evaluation and analysis of College Students' mental health can provide reference for college students and effective help for the follow-up activities and consultation of the school, At the same time, it provides some basis for the balance of psychological scale and the revision of item setting. In this paper, MPP database and artificial intelligence system are introduced into the application of mental health assessment, which can effectively assess the mental health of college students, and thus promote the continuous development of assessment application.

Public risk perception of air pollution in the general population of Italy and Sweden during the COVID-19 pandemic: Environmental and socio-demographic drivers.
Air pollution is an important anthropogenic hazard due to its effect on human health and the environment. Understanding how the population perceives the risk associated with air pollution is a crucial aspect to inform future policies and communication strategies. The aim of this study is to examine the association between air pollution concentrations and public risk perception of air pollution, also exploring socio-demographic patterns in the general population of Italy and Sweden. ⋯ Direct experience is the main driver of risk perception in both countries. Being male and smokers in Italy, older age and having left/centre-left political orientation in both countries are associated with a higher perceived likelihood and impact of air pollution. These findings will inform future health and environmental studies regarding the public risk perception of air pollution highlighting individual's awareness and the socio-demographic patterns.

Functional forms of socio-territorial inequities in breast cancer screening - A French cross-sectional study using hierarchical generalised additive models.
To reduce the breast cancer burden, the French National Organised Breast Cancer Screening Programme (FNOBCSP) was implemented in 2004. The recommended participation rate has never been achieved and socio-territorial inequities in participation have been reported on several occasions. We investigated the functional forms and consistency of the relationships between neighbourhood deprivation, travel time to the nearest accredited radiology centre and screening uptake. ⋯ Territorial inequities in participation were more context-dependent and complex than social inequities. Inequities in participation represent a loss of opportunity for individuals who already have the worst cancer outcomes. Evidence-based public health policies are needed to increase the effectiveness and equity of breast cancer screening.

Sensor-based cloud computing data system and long distance running fatigue assessment.
Wireless sensor networks are widely used in sports training, medical and health care, smart home, environmental monitoring, cloud data and other fields because of their large scale, self-organization, reliability, dynamic, integration and data centralization. Based on this point, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on cloud computing data systems, and designs and implements a dynamic replication strategy. Since different users have different demands for different data at different times, it is necessary to record and analyze recent users' data access, so as to actively adjust the number and location of data blocks. ⋯ This study will design a simulated specialized exercise load experiment to reproduce the load characteristics of excellent athletes during mid to long distance running, in order to induce exercise fatigue in the main muscles of different parts of their bodies. At the same time, the amplitude frequency joint analysis of the surface changes of EMG signal in this process is carried out. This article conducts research on sensor based cloud computing data systems and long-distance running fatigue assessment, promoting the development of cloud computing data systems and improving long-distance running fatigue assessment methods.
