Case ReportsWhole-body Bone Scan in the Diagnosis and Treatment of SAPHO Syndrome.
Synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteomyelitis (SAPHO) syndrome is rare disease of unknown pathogenesis. Its diagnosis and treatment are difficult. There is no standardised treatment for SAPHO syndrome, and the results of empirical therapy are unpredictable. ⋯ The case of a 52-year Chinese male, affected by SAPHO syndrome, is presented and discussed in this report. After the patient received methotrexate, prednisone and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for six months, his clinical symptoms and whole body bone scan signs improved. Key Words: SAPHO syndrome, Whole-body bone scintigraphy, Treatment efficacy.

Dyna-CT-based Image Fusion Technique Real-time-assisted Percutaneous Micro-balloon Compression in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous micro-balloon compression (PBC) assisted by Dyna-CT-based image fusion technique in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia (TN). This study is the retrospective analysis of the efficacy and safety of 18 patients with TN treated by PBC assisted with Dyna-CT-based image fusion technique from May 2020 to May 2021. The puncture route from the skin to the foramen ovale(FO)was reconstructed after Dyna-CT scanning; and the puncture direction was adjusted according to the virtual puncture route until the puncture was completed. ⋯ Importantly, pain was relieved in all patients, and no puncture-related complications occurred. Dyna-CT-based image fusion real-time-assisted PBC for the treatment of TN is safe and effective, making the operation easier and faster, greatly improving the success rate of the puncture, and reducing the risk of operation-related complications. Key Words: Dyna-CT, Percutaneous micro-balloon compression, Trigeminal neuralgia.

Review Case ReportsPrepontine and Meckel's Cave Dermoid Cyst: MR and CT Findings with Literature Review.
Dermoid cysts (DCs) are benign, congenital tumors that comprise 0.04-0.6% of all intracranial tumors. DC rupture is a rare complication and usually occurs spontaneously. The most common localisations of intracranial DCs are the posterior fossa, and suprasellar and parasellar regions. ⋯ To the best of our knowledge, only four cases have been reported in the literature so far. We present MRI and CT findings of a patient with DC, which ruptured into the subarachnoid space extending from the right Meckel's cave to the prepontine cistern. Key Words: Dermoid cysts, Meckel's cave, Prepontine cistern, Rupture.

Case ReportsParatesticular Solitary Fibrous Tumour Mimicking Cellular Angiofibroma: An Unusual Morphology and Rare Site.
Solitary fibrous tumour (SFT) is a ubiquitous benign mesenchymal tumour of fibroblastic origin, which occurs most often in middle-aged adults. It usually presents as lung mass originating from pleura, but extrapleural occurrence is also common. Tumour is characterised by hypo- and hyper-cellular areas of spindle-shaped cells, arranged in haphazard manner with dispersed staghorn-shaped vessels. ⋯ SFTs of the primary testicular or paratesticular region are extremely rare, but they exhibit histologic findings similar to SFTs originating at other body sites. Here, we report the case of a paratesticular SFT in a 37-year male, who presented with a non-tender, firm, mobile, left-sided retrotesticular swelling with unique histological features closely mimicking cellular angiofibroma, a common tumour of paratesticular location. Key Words: Solitary fibrous tumour, Paratesticular, benign, angiofibroma.
