Case ReportsUnusual Appearance of Nasal Collagenous Fibroma (Desmoplastic Fibroblastoma) on Imaging.
Collagenous fibroma (CF) is a benign soft tissue tumour with good prognosis. Preoperative imaging diagnosis is essential to avoid unnecessarily extended resection, which may result in irreversible functional damage. However, few studies published to date have reported on the imaging features, associated with this condition. ⋯ However, the unique point about this case is the markedly enhanced nodule revealed in the middle part of the lesion five hours after the administration of contrast media. To our knowledge, this is the first description of late gadolinium enhancement features associated with the condition. Key words: Benign, Soft tissue, Collagenous fibroma, Magnetic resonance imaging.

Case ReportsOsteoid Osteoma of Retromolar Trigone: Report of a Rare Case.
Osteoid osteoma is a rare benign bone lesion that is often confused with the osteoblastoma. The osteoid osteoma comprises of 3% of all the primary bone tumours usually found in the long bones and vertebrae with the facial skeleton being the most infrequent site. ⋯ Excision of the lesion was carried out with chisel and mallet under local anesthesia with uneventful recovery and no recurrence at the 6 months follow-up. Key Words: Benign, Osteoid osteoma, Retromolar trigone.

An Innovation in the Technique of Recipient Hepatectomy in Living Donor Liver Transplantation.
Recipient hepatectomy is a challenging surgical procedure. Coagulopathy, multiple collaterals, and dense adhesions secondary to previous spontaneous bacterial peritonitis in cirrhotics are the major contributing factors. However, the appropriate recipient hepatectomy technique can limit the massive blood loss and minimize the operative time. ⋯ In this report, a modified technique of recipient hepatectomy characterised by the artery-first approach is described. This technique is good in terms of preventing arterial dissection and minimising the anhepatic phase. Key Words: Recipient hepatectomy, Hepatoduodenal dissection, Liver transplantation, Technique.

Determinants of Coronary Angiography in Non-ST-elevation Myocardial Infarction with Low Ejection Fraction.
To investigate the clinical and demographic factors affecting the selection of angiography in patients with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction (SLVSD, ejection fraction lower than 30%) developing non-ST-segment elevation (NSTEMI). ⋯ Heart failure, NSTEMI, Revascularisation, Severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction, Ejection fraction.
