Glutathione S-Transferase Theta 1 / Mu 1 Null Genotype and Risk of Development of Actinic Keratosis in Pakistani Population.
To assess the frequency and association of Glutathione S-Transferase Theta 1 and Glutathione S-Transferase Mu 1 null genotypes in development of actinic keratosis (AK) in a group of Pakistani population. ⋯ GSTT1 null genotype has a significant association for AK development in the studied Pakistani population. To determine the efficacy of low dose naltrexone in the patients of psoriasis. ⋯ Low dose naltrexone is an effective therapy for psoriasis as in other chronic dermatological diseases. It is a cost-effective therapy with few tolerable side-effects. It requires further studies for long-term response. Key Words: Naltrexone, Psoriasis, PASI, DLQI, BSA.

Scheuermann's Disease as a Risk Factor for Lumbar Disc Herniation Recurrence.
To verify whether Scheuermann's disease (SD) is a risk factor for patients with recurrent lumbar disc herniation (rLDH) than in patients without recurrence. ⋯ Age, current smoking, and SD are risk factors for rLDH. Correlation between Clinical Factors and Prognosis in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma.
To explore the correlation between clinical factors and the prognosis of multiple myeloma (MM). ⋯ CDKN2C deletion is an independent prognostic factor of MM. Observational StudyPrognostic Importance of Metastatic Site in Intermediate-risk Group Metastatic Renal Cell Cancer Treated with Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors.
To determine the prognostic importance of the metastatic site in metastatic renal cell cancer (mRCC) patients in the International Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium (IMDC) intermediate-risk. ⋯ Bone and brain metastasis had a negative effect on OS in IMDC intermediate-risk group mRCC patients.
