Correlation Between Corneal Keratometry, Central Corneal Thickness and Anterior Chamber Depth as Measured by Wavelight OB 820 Biometer and Wavelight Oculyzer II in Preoperative Cataract Surgery Patients.
To compare and correlate corneal keratometry (K), central corneal thickness (CCT), and anterior chamber depth (ACD) using a partial coherence interferometry device and a Scheimpflug camera system device in patients planned for cataract surgery. ⋯ ACD, CCT, Keratometry, Cataract, OB 820 biometer, Oculyzer II.

3D Printing Technology with Reverse Guide Design in Autogenous Tooth Transplantation: An in vitro Pictorial Report.
The success of autologous tooth transplantation depends on the activity of the periodontal ligament of the donor tooth. Its activity decreases with a longer exposure time. In order to reduce the exposure time of the donor tooth and quickly prepare the alveolar fossa highly matching with the donor tooth root, the clinical data of cone-beam CT (CBCT) was imported into Mimics 21.0 software in this study to obtain three-dimensional (3D) images of the jaw tissue structure. ⋯ The maximum width deviation is 2.88 mm due to the tilt of the roots. With a high matching degree to the donor tooth root, it needs further and larger clinical studies. Key Words: CBCT, Tooth autotransplantation, 3D printing technology, Computer-aided imaging, Periodontal ligament.

Referral Profile of Developmental Disabilities at a Tertiary Care Hospital in a Resource-limited Country.
The burden and the spectrum of neuro-developmental disabilities are well-established in the developed countries, however, they continue to be a challenge in the Low Middle-Income Countries. The aim of this study was to present the referral profile and trends of developmental disabilities in the child development centre of The Agha khan University, from 2012 to 2021. All children (1 month to 18 years), who had undergone diagnostic evaluations for suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities were included. ⋯ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) was the most common diagnosis (n=446, 33.3%). This study highlights a considerable burden and an increasing trend of children being referred for suspected developmental disabilities in Pakistan. Key Words: Developmental disabilities, Referral, Pakistan, Autism spectrum disorder.
