Meta Analysis
The value of navigation bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions: A meta-analysis.
To compare the diagnostic yield of peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) with and without navigation system. ⋯ The current study provided systematic evaluation on the diagnostic value of navigation bronchoscopy by comparing it with non-navigation bronchoscopy, and exploring the factors affecting the diagnostic yield.

This meta-analysis systematically evaluated the efficacy of PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and investigated the efficacy of first-line therapy and PD-1 versus PD-L1 inhibitors. ⋯ PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors significantly prolonged the OS of previously treated patients. No significant differences in OS were observed between PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Comparative efficacy and safety of first-line treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer with immune checkpoint inhibitors: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the predominant type of lung cancer, and most clinically curable patients are diagnosed with locally advanced disease. Although the efficacy of standard platinum-based chemotherapy doublets is relatively limited. The effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) remains controversial, and its role in the first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC is obscure. Thus, we carried out a systematic review and meta-analysis to compare the efficacy and safety of ICIs for advanced NSCLC. ⋯ ICIs are overall better tolerated than chemotherapy. Our results provide further evidence supporting the favorable risk/benefit ratio for ICIs.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have revolutionized the clinical treatment of multiple cancers. Recent studies revealed the potential prognostic value of the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in patients receiving ICIs; however, the results were inconsistent. We conducted a meta-analysis to identify the prognostic significance of baseline NLR and PLR in cancer patients treated with ICIs. ⋯ These results indicate that high pretreatment NLR but not PLR level, as a routinely obtained hematological parameter, is a potential prognostic predictor for poor PFS and OS in cancer patients receiving ICIs.

Meta Analysis
Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy versus lobectomy for stage I non-small cell lung cancer: A systematic review.
There is debate regarding the use of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) or surgery for patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This meta-analysis compared the clinical efficacy of SABR and lobectomy in stage I NSCLC patients. ⋯ Meta-analyses of current evidence suggested that lobectomy provides better long-term survival outcomes for stage I NSCLC patients.
