Case ReportsUncorrected tetralogy of Fallot and pregnancy: a case report.
We report a case of pregnancy in a 34-year-old woman with uncorrected tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). There are more risks in patients without surgical correction. ⋯ Improvement of fetomaternal outcome may be related to corrective procedures before conception to achieve better functional heart capacity. Delicate multidisciplinary medical management is essential for these limited cases to achieve optimal prognosis.

Review Case ReportsPulmonary benign metastasizing leiomyoma: case report and review of the literature.
We present a case of a middle-aged woman who was admitted to the hospital for abdominal pain and was found to have multiple nodules on her CT scan. After CT-guided biopsy, we finally diagnosed PBML case. The patient had a very effective response to bilateral oophorectomy and hysterectomy. A brief review of the literature for PBML is also included.

Effect of epidural analgesia on labor times and mode of delivery: a prospective study.
To assess changes in labor times and delivery outcome in low-risk women requesting pain relief and undergoing epidural analgesia, according to the epidural analgesia schemes. ⋯ Epidural analgesia in patients requesting pain relief favors normal course of labor if it is not discontinued or delayed.

Case ReportsAcute generalized exanthematous pustulosis during the puerperal period: a case report.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is an uncommon adverse cutaneous reaction, most commonly associated with drugs. ⋯ Once the diagnosis of AGEP has been made, the antibiotics being administered must be discontinued. If continued treatment is required, pharmacologically distinct antibiotics must be used instead to aid the rapid self-limitation of the disease.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative StudyComparison of diclofenac sodium with indomethacin suppositories for mediolateral episiotomies.
The study was carried out to compare the analgesic effect of diclofenac sodium and indomethacin suppositories for management of right mediolateral episiotomy repair. ⋯ The two analgesics were effective after episiotomy repair, however diclofenac sodium suppositories may be the preferred choice because they were more effective.
