To study the expression of IL-17 in peripheral blood and its effect on maternal-fetal tolerance in patients with eclampsia in late pregnancy using MRI image segmentation algorithm. ⋯ The major types of cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) in severe preeclampsia and eclampsia were reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and cerebral hemorrhage. It was speculated that the damage to the blood-brain barrier may play an important role in the pathogenesis. The balance of the number of Th17 cells/the number of Treg cells was more inclined to the Th17 cell-mediated pro-inflammatory state, Treg cell-mediated immune tolerance decreases, and it becomes more obvious with the worsening of the disease.

The corona-virus (COVID-19) pandemic has had devastating impacts on not only the health and socio-economic conditions but also on the education sector in various countries. Consequently, the world of education entered a new era of E-learning. This descriptive study, thus, aims to evaluate the standpoint of medical and dental undergraduates regarding E-learning amid the Covid-19 lockdown. ⋯ Undergraduate medical and dental students from the said private medical college are well equipped and ready to shift towards online education.

We used U-shaped convolutional neural network (U_Net) multi-constraint image segmentation method to compare the diagnosis and imaging characteristics of tuberculosis and tuberculosis with lung cancer patients with Computed Tomography (CT). ⋯ The symptoms of hemoptysis and hoarseness in pulmonary tuberculosis patients need to consider whether the disease has progressed and the possibility of lung cancer lesions. CT imaging of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung cancer usually shows mass shadows, lobular signs, spines signs, burr signs, and vacuoles signs. It can be used as the basis for its diagnosis. Simultaneously, the U-Net-based segmentation method can effectively segment the lung parenchymal region, and the algorithm is better than traditional algorithms.

The prevalence of diabetes mellitus worldwide was 171 million one and half decade ago, while the prediction is 366 million patients by 2030 and more than 640 million people by 2040. HbA1c value represents average blood glucose over the past 2-3 months and accounts for both pre-prandial and post-prandial blood glucose levels. A link between HbA1c and diabetic complications has been confirmed. In general, patients with controlled diabetes mellitus should have at least biannual testing, while patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or unmet glycemic targets should be tested every three months. The objective was to see compliance of checking HbA1c in tertiary care hospital of a developing world. ⋯ The compliance of checking HbA1c is inadequate in diabetic inpatients. The considerable prevalence of diabetes and the benefits of timely interventions in diagnosed patients to prevent complications suggest the need for a comprehensive awareness among the doctors for checking HbA1c.

To explore the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic radical cystectomy + orthotopic ileal neobladder and open surgery. ⋯ Laparoscopic radical cystectomy + orthotopic ileal neobladder has the characteristics of limited trauma, a minimal amount of bleeding and a fast recovery. The functions of orthotopic neobladders are good, and the occurrence rate of postoperative complications is low. In addition, body immunity is protected. Hence, this procedure deserves to be promoted clinically.
