To investigate the positive detection rate and clinical application value of anti-parietal cell antibody (PCA), anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA), anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody (ASCA), anti-gliadin antibody (AGA) and anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) in patients visiting the Department of Gastroenterology. ⋯ The population with abdominal distension, chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea and other digestive system symptoms should be timely treated with combined detection of PCA, ANCA, ASCA, AGA and ANA, which is of important clinical application value for early diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases and prevention of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.

To investigate the risk factors for shoulder pain after stroke, and prevent its occurrence effectively. ⋯ Great emphasis should be placed on the stroke patients with diabetes, limited shoulder joint activity, Brunnstrom grade I-III period, Ashworth 3-4 grade, motor arm score of NIHSS 3-4 points, or sensory disturbance, as these patients have higher risks for shoulder pain after stroke.

To compare the levels of cortisol in patients of vasovagal syncope (VVS) and postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS). ⋯ It is concluded from the study that cortisol responses of VVS and POTS were positive.

To observe the clinical efficacy of thymosin alpha 1 (Tα1) combined with multi-modality chemotherapy in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) complicated with diabetes and discuss the effects of such combination therapy on lymphocyte subsets and sputum levels of cytokines. ⋯ Tα1 combined with multi-modality chemotherapy has a visible curative effect on PTB patients with diabetes as it can regulate immune function and reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines. As a safe combination therapy, it seems promising for further use in clinical practice.

Breast pseudoaneurysm is a very rare complication. In this study, we report a patient with huge breast pseudoaneurysm after ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy (UGVAB) of breast nodules. In treatment, we used microwave ablation to treat the pseudoaneurysm, and then used UGVAB again to eliminate the complicated hematoma. ⋯ From this case, we experience that, before the interventional operations for breast nodules, the systematic ultrasound examination should be performed. In the needle entering channel, the obvious blood vessels should be avoided to reduce the unnecessary vascular injury. When the pseudoaneurysm occurs, the patient's condition, pseudoaneurysm situation and hematoma size should be comprehensively considered, combined with the multidisciplinary consultation, for selecting the best treatment strategy.
