Exploring the Important Determinants Shaping Treatment Preferences: Qualitative Insights into Breast Cancer Patient Experiences and Perspectives in New Zealand.
Despite the importance of acknowledging patient preferences in treatment decision-making, little is known about the treatment preferences and the factors underlying those preferences of breast cancer patients. This study aims explore patient experience and perspective regarding treatment preferences and identify the important determinants that shape these preferences in the context of New Zealand. ⋯ Our study reveals that breast cancer patients in New Zealand have different perceptions and preferences regarding cancer treatment. Patients frequently find themselves making trade-offs among various attributes of a treatment, aligning these decisions with their personal values and beliefs. By considering these preferences and trade-offs in future studies that measure patient preferences, healthcare professionals can enhance their support for patients in making informed choices that align with their values and priorities. Additionally, healthcare policymakers can develop patient-centered policies that cater to the unique needs and preferences of breast cancer patients.

Perception and Willingness to Use Telepharmacy Among the General Population in Jordan.
This research aimed to explore how telepharmacy is perceived, whether it would be willingly used by the overall population in Jordan, and the associated socioeconomic disparities that might affect its acceptance. ⋯ The results reveal a positive attitude towards and a significant readiness to embrace telepharmacy among the Jordanian population. However, for broader acceptance and utilization, apprehensions regarding the service need to be addressed. Doing so could improve access to pharmaceutical care, particularly for patients living in far-flung areas of Jordan.

Exercise Intention and its Associated Factors Among Persons Post-Stroke: A Cross-Sectional Study.
To investigate the level of exercise intention and its associated factors among persons post-stroke using the Theory of Planned Behavior. ⋯ The level of exercise intention among persons post-stroke was found to be low. Perceived behavioral control and living situation were particularly important and contributed to exercise intention. Healthcare professionals' adequate guidance on exercise should be provided, with a focus on educating both patients and their family members, especially spouses, to promote exercise intention in persons post-stroke.

The Effect of Health Literacy on Preoperative Anxiety Levels in Patients Undergoing Elective Surgery.
This study aimed to determine preoperative anxiety levels, their associated factors, and the relationship between health literacy and preoperative anxiety in adult patients undergoing elective surgery. ⋯ As the level of health literacy increased, preoperative anxiety levels decreased. Preoperative assessment and education are fundamental to perioperative patient care, particularly in the surgical setting.

Shared Decision-Making in Hemophilic Arthropathy Rehabilitation: A Qualitative Study.
To probe into the needs and barriers underlying patients' participation in shared decision-making related to rehabilitation nursing for hemophilic arthropathy. ⋯ Participation in rehabilitation decision-making among patients with hemophilic arthropathy is affected by multiple barriers. Healthcare professionals should improve their understanding of shared decision-making, offer patients active guidance on participating in the decision-making process, prioritize their affective needs, and formulate professional and effective solutions to support shared decision-making as early as possible.
