To find the association between environmental and occupational exposures and chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) development. ⋯ We found that smoking was the most aggravating environmental factor. Chronic rhinosinusitis symptoms' severity increased with direct contact with allergens. Thus, the greatest proportion of patients with CRS was those with blue-collar occupations, such as firefighters, farmers, and fishermen.

To evaluated obesity-related morbidity prevalence among overweight/obese children and adolescents in Saudi Arabia, adiposity indicators and insulin resistance as obesity-related morbidity predictors. ⋯ Obesity-related morbidity is widely prevalent among obese children and insulin resistance is a key factor in its prediction. Clinical adiposity indices, given their accuracy and practicability, are important predictors of obesity-related morbidity.

To reveal the demographic features, prognostic factors, and tumor characteristics of patients with non-epithelial ovarian tumors (NEOTs). ⋯ The findings for protective and risk factors were inconclusive. Patients with GC tumors had better survival outcomes than those with the other subtypes.

To share clinical data on the efficacy of 4F-PCC in the treatment of major bleeding caused by warfarin, dabigatran, and rivaroxaban. ⋯ Prothrombin complex concentrate can effectively reverse the effects of warfarin and rivaroxaban in patients with major bleeding, but only partially reverses the effect of dabigatran.
