Review[Research progress of decellularized matrix in tissue engineered trachea transplantation].
To summarize the recent research situation and progress of decellularized matrix in tissue engineered trachea transplantation and to forecast the possible perspects. ⋯ Decellularized urinary bladder matrix and jejunal matrix appears to be efficacious method for the patch repair of partial circumferential tracheal defects. The application of decellularized aortic matrix may need more study, and decellularized tracheal matrix has a bright future in long tracheal defects.

[Clinical significance of posterior internal fixation for regulation of spinal curvature in thoracolumbar compression fractures].
To investigate the clinical significance of applicating posterior internal fixation for regulating spinal curvature in thoracolumbar compression fractures. ⋯ Application of posterior internal fixation for regulating spinal curvature has a good clinical effectiveness. The postoperative spinal curvature, the height of injured vertebral body, and disc height can be improved significantly and low back pain can be recovered satisfactorily. The modified technique is also effective in reducing broken and loosening incidence of the fixation system.

[Effect of chondroitinase ABC on axonal myelination and glial scar after spinal cord injury in rats].
To investigate the effects of chondroitinase ABC (ChABC) on axonal myelination and glial scar after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. ⋯ The ChABC can effectively improve the microenvironment of the injured spinal cord of rats, enhance the expressions of MBP and GAP-43, and inhibit the expression of GFAP, which promotes the axonal regeneration and myelination, attenuate glial scar formation, and promote the recovery of nerve function.

Comparative Study[Effectiveness comparison of modified percutaneous mini-incision and open Achilles tendon lengthening for treatment of Achilles contracture syndrome].
To explore the effectiveness of modified percutaneous mini-incision Achilles tendon lengthening for the treatment of Achilles contracture syndrome by comparing with traditional open Achilles tendon lengthening. ⋯ Modified percutaneous mini-incision Achilles tendon lengthening has similar effectiveness to the traditional open Achilles tendon lengthening for Achilles tendon contracture syndrome. And it can effectively correct varus and valgus deformities of the foot with less trauma and fast recovery.
