The authors have studied peculiarities of surgical tactics for mine-burst wounds. An analysis of the observations performed has shown that the associated and multiple character of the burst trauma sets a number of medico-diagnostic tasks which require the physicians to find nonstandard solutions. First of all they are concerned with the specific preoperative preparation and a determination of the sequence of operative interventions.

Comparative Study[Characteristics of healing of wounds after hemosorption in the complex treatment of severely burned patients].
Clinical and morphological peculiarities of healing burn wounds with the help of hemosorption in therapy of critically burned patients were studied. The data obtained have shown positive effects of the method on the course of wound processes. The formation of crust, demarcation zone, granulation tissue, processes of fibrillogenesis and collagenogenesis accelerated. Epithelization of burned surface occurred 3-4 days earlier than in patients without hemosorption and the surface area of total epithelization of the burn surface was 15-20% greater.
