[Value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio in the classification diagnosis of coronavirus disease 2019].
To investigate the clinical significance of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in classification of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ NLR can be used as a biomarker to predict classification of COVID-19 patients independently, which can provide a theoretical basis for the classification management of COVID-19 patients.

[Study on traditional Chinese medicine common syndrome characteristic of coronavirus disease 2019 based on latent structure combined with system clustering analysis].
To investigate traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) common syndrome characteristic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), thus providing evidence for clinical differentiation. ⋯ The common syndromes of COVID-19 were syndrome of pathogenic heat invading lung, syndrome of cold dampness closing lung, syndrome of dampness heat accumulating lung, syndrome of epidemic virus closing lung, internal block and outward desertion, syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen. This study could provide reference for clinical differentiation.

[Prognostic value of plasma microRNA-30b-5p combined with extravascular lung water index in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To evaluate the prognostic value of plasma microRNA-30b-5p (miR-30b-5p) combined with extravascular lung water index (EVLWI) in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ The expression of plasma miR-30b-5p and EVLWI are related to the severity and prognosis of patients with ARDS, and the combination of the two has certain evaluation value for the prognosis of ARDS patients.

[Study on patient-ventilator synchrony of neurally adjusted ventilatory assist ventilation in severe neurological diseases patients with tracheotomy].
To explore the patient-ventilator interaction of neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) in patients with severe neurological diseases. ⋯ Compared with PSV mode, NAVA mode can reduce the occurrence of patient-ventilator asynchronous events, reduce the AI and the occurrence of serious patient-ventilator asynchronous events, so as to improve the patient-ventilator interaction. NAVA and PSV modes can achieve the same gas exchange effect. At the same time, NAVA mode has potential advantages in avoiding insufficient or excessive ventilation support, diaphragm protection and prevention of ventilator-induced lung injury.

[Relationship between D-dimer concentration and inflammatory factors or organ function in patients with coronavirus disease 2019].
To explore the relationship between D-dimer concentration and inflammatory factors or organ function in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ D-dimer levels in COVID-19 patients are correlated with inflammatory factors and organ function, and it can be used to predict organ injury.
