[Effect of different fluid resuscitation strategies on renal function in patients with septic shock induced acute kidney injury].
To compare the therapeutic effect of fluid resuscitation strategy guided by pulse-indicated continuous cardiac output (PiCCO) monitoring and early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) on renal function of acute kidney injury (AKI) patients caused by septic shock. ⋯ Fluid resuscitation strategy guided by PiCCO in septic shock patients with AKI can reduce the amount of fluid load, improve renal function, shorten the MV duration and length of ICU stay, and shows clinical significance.

[Clinical investigation on the related factors for the application of systemic glucocorticoids in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with carbon dioxide retention].
To investigate the factors affecting the application of systemic glucocorticoids in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with carbon dioxide (CO2) retention, and to guide the formulation of a strategy to reduce systemic glucocorticoid exposure. ⋯ For AECOPD patients with CO2 retention, high FEV1% at stable phase, high EOS level at admission, aerosolized inhaled glucocorticoid and non-invasive mechanical ventilation at acute exacerbation can reduce systemic glucocorticoid exposure. In addition, high frequency of acute exacerbation within 1 year, heart failure, and high PaCO2 can increase systemic glucocorticoid exposure.

Meta Analysis[Value of soluble triggering receptor expression on myeloid cells-1 level of alveolar fluid in early diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia: a Meta-analysis].
Serum soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (sTREM-1) is a useful biomarker of bacterial infection. However, the diagnostic value of sTREM-1 of alveolar fluid in pulmonary infection is still unclear. This article aimed to explore the value of sTREM-1 of alveolar fluid in the early diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) by systematic review of relevant literatures. ⋯ The detection of sTREM-1 level in alveolar fluid can be used for the early diagnosis of VAP with high sensitivity and specificity. If combined with other biomarkers, it may have more diagnostic value.

[Current status analysis of bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Qinhuangdao region based on Utstein model].
To analyze the status quo of bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BCPR) for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) in Qinhuangdao area and its influence on the prognosis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). ⋯ The BCPR implementation rate of OHCA in Qinhuangdao was only 2.8%. BCPR can improve the success rate of pre-hospital CPR and the 30-day survival rate of OHCA patients. Targeted selection of tourism service industry, students, military personnel and bus drivers as CPR training targets may obtain more significant social benefits.

[Dynamic measurement of volume of atelectasis area in the evaluation of the prognosis of patients with moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To assess the impact of not inflated lung tissue (NILT) volume on the prognosis of patients with moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ The 7-day NILT% > 15.50% of patients with moderate-to-severe ARDS after ICU admission is related to poor prognosis.
