Randomized Controlled Trial[Application value of resting energy monitoring in nutritional support therapy for mechanical ventilation patients].
To investigate the value of resting energy expenditure (REE) monitoring in nutritional support therapy of critical patients on mechanical ventilation. ⋯ The energy metabolism rule of critical patients on ventilation could be determined by using the accurate metabolic vehicle and dynamic monitoring of REE value, which could be used for the implementation of nutritional support therapy.

Multicenter Study[Current state of sedation, analgesia and blood glucose management in intensive care units of county hospitals: a multicenter cross-sectional survey in Guizhou Province of China].
To investigate the current state of sedation, analgesia and blood glucose management in intensive care units (ICUs) of county hospitals in Guizhou Province of China, and to provide the evidences for improving quality control in critical care medicine. ⋯ The evaluation of analgesia and sedation in the ICUs of county hospitals in Guizhou Province was seriously inadequate and needed to be strengthened urgently. Moreover, the strategy of blood glucose management was also needed to be improved.

[Safety criteria for early goal-oriented rehabilition exercise in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit: a systematic review].
To determine the safety criteria for early goal-oriented rehabilition exercise in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU) by systematic review. ⋯ This study identified safety criteria for early goal-directed rehabilition exercise in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in ICU included five systems of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, orthopedic, and other systems, in which cardiovascular and respiratory systems were the most frequently cited variables or parameters. The consistency of each system security criteria or variables reported by different literatures was high, but the parameters need to be further verified by high-quality study.

[Analysis on distribution and drug resistance of pathogen caused community-onset bloodstream infection].
To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogen caused community-onset bloodstream infection (COBSI) in patients of affiliated hospital of university, and to provide evidence for the clinical therapy. ⋯ Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the main pathogens of emergency COBSI, ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli were more common, and the average annual drug resistance rate to common clinical antibiotics was increasing. The drug resistance of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae was more serious than that of ESBLs-producing negative pathogens, so antibiotics should be used rationally.

[Integration of clinical pathway construction and hospital information system in intensive care unit is the core of digitalized hospital: experience of clinical pathway construction in Liuzhou Worker's Hospital from 2016 to 2018].
To explore the effective strategies of clinical pathway construction in intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ Application of clinical pathway to control ICU quality and guide diagnosis and treatment, more refined diagnosis and treatment schemes including clinical guidelines, average length of stay, average cost of hospitalization, cost-efficiency ratio and so on were completed, which confirmed that the improvement of clinical pathway management strategy originated from clinical were needed. Informatization, intellectualization, standardization and effective control of medical cost of clinical pathway could improve medical quality and accurate management. The integration of ICU clinical pathway construction and HIS could promote the development of digital hospitals.
