[Application of AO miniplate and screw in the treatment of metacarpophalangeal joint periarticular fractures].
To evaluate the clinical efficacies for open reduction and internal fixation of unstable periarticular fractures of metacarpophalangeal joint (MCP) with the AO miniature plate system. ⋯ Because of complex anatomic structures, the MCP periarticular fractures have such complications as tendon adhesion, joint stiffness and post-traumatic arthritis, etc. The traditional treatment method is less effective. The AO miniplate and screw system provides rigid and stable fixation so that it is a preferred technique in the treatment of MCP periarticular fractures.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Propofol target controlled infusion plus a low concentration of sevoflurane inhalation induction anesthesia for the removal of foreign body from tracheobronchus in children].
To explore the effects of propofol target controlled infusion (TCI) plus a low concentration of sevoflurane inhalation induction for the removal of tracheobronchial foreign body in children. ⋯ Propofol TCI plus a low concentration of sevoflurane inhalation induction is both safe and practical for the controlled removal of tracheobronchial foreign body in children.

[Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for severe acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by novel 2009 influenza A (H1N1) virus].
To summarize the clinical experiences and indications of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) for severe ARDS caused by novel 2009 influenza A (H1N1) virus. ⋯ As an effective measure of respiratory supports, ECMO may provide pulmonary rest and improve gas exchanges in severe ARDS induced by novel H1N1 Influenza.

Clinical Trial[Therapeutic efficacy and safety of tacrolimus for intractable myasthenia gravis: a report of 36 patients].
To examine the efficacies and adverse events of low-dose tacrolimus in intractable myasthenia gravis (MG) patients during a long-term follow-up. ⋯ The administration of tacrolimus induces symptomatic improvements in MG patients especially in generalized type. And the adverse events should be closely monitored.
