[Collagen expression of intra-acinar pulmonary arteries and right ventricle and intervention of Radix Astragali in rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension].
To investigate the collagen expression effect of intra-acinar pulmonary arteries and the right ventricle and to observe the intervention effect of Radix Astragali in rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. ⋯ Changes of collagen expression in intra-acinar pulmonary arteries and right ventricle are one of the most important features in remodeling of pulmonary arteries and right ventricle in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Radix Astragali can partly inhibit the remodeling of pulmonary arteries and right ventricle, and regulate mRNA expression of endothelin-1, nitric oxide synthase, and collagen, thus contributing to the treatment of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Fentanyl reduces the MAC of sevoflurane].
To determine the interaction between fentanyl and sevoflurane following a bolus injection of fentanyl after induction iwth sevoflurane inhalation only. ⋯ The MAC of sevoflurane is significantly reduced 20 minutes after a single dose of 3 ng/kg of fentanyl and that increasing the fentanyl dose to 6 ng/kg produces a little further decrease in MAC of sevoflurane.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[The pharmacokinetic study of desflurane, sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane in general anesthesia].
To compare pharmacokinetics of desflurane, sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane in general anesthesia. ⋯ The rates of desflurane wash-in and wash-out are faster than those of other inhaled anesthetics. The depth of anesthesia is easy to control when desflurane is used in general anesthesia.

[Total body irradiation etoposide followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantion for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma].
To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness and safety of total body irradiation(TBI) and Etoposide(Vp-16) as a preparative regimen for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(AHSCT) with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL). ⋯ The clinical results of AHSCT for intermediate and high grade NHL who achieved CR or PR after induction therapy are satisfactory. The TBI/Etoposide is an effective and safe preparative regimen for AHSCT in NHL patients.
