Randomized Controlled Trial[A controlled clinical trial of long course chemotherapy regimens containing rifabutin in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis].
To evaluate the curative effect and safety of a long course regimen containing Chinese-made rifabutin as compared to the regimen containing rifapentine in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. ⋯ Regimens containing rifabutin or rifapentine. are very effective in sputum negative conversion rate, lesion absorption and cavity closing for the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, with good safety and tolerance.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The application of individualized ventilation strategies in acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To explore better ventilation strategies above lower-tidal-volume (LTV) strategy to protect lung function and improve outcome in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ Compared with LTV and high PEEP therapy, IV strategies are feasible for decreasing PEEP and Pplat, increasing tidal compliance and V(T), and avoiding CO2 retention. It also increased free-ICU days and free-organ-dysfunction days.

[Relationship of stress index with lung recruitment and gas exchange in dogs with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To determine the relationship of stress index with lung recruitment and gas exchange in dogs with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ In the b = 1 after RM, there were better PaO2 and lower airway pressure, suggesting that b = 1 after RM may be a good indicator for PEEP titration.
