Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of hemodynamic responses to nasotracheal intubations with Glide Scope video-laryngoscope, Macintosh direct laryngoscope, and fiberoptic bronchoscope].
To compare the hemodynamic responses to nasotracheal intubation with Glide Scope video-laryngoscope (GSVL), Macintosh direct laryngoscope (MDLS), and fiberoptic bronchoscope (FOB). ⋯ The hemodynamic responses to nasotracheal intubation are most severe with FOB, followed by MDLS, and then GSVL.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation between using GlideScope videolaryngoscope and fiberoptic bronchoscope].
To compare the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation with GlideScope videolaryngoscope (GSVL) and with fiberoptic bronchoscope (FOB) after induction of general anesthesia. ⋯ The orotracheal intubations using FOB and GSVL result in similar hemodynamic responses.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation with fiberoptic bronchoscope and direct laryngoscope in children].
To compare the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation via fiberoptic bronchoscope (FOB) with conventional orotracheal intubation via direct laryngoscope (DLS) in children under general anesthesia. ⋯ General anesthesia of clinical standard depth can not effectively inhibit the pressor and tachycardiac responses caused by fiberoptic orotracheal intubation in children. As compared with DLS, FOB has no special advantages in preventing the cardiovascular stress responses to orotracheal intubation in children.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Combination of morphine with low-dose naloxone for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia].
To compare the analgesic effect and side effects of morphine for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) with or without low-dose naloxone after abdominal surgery. ⋯ For morphine PCA, morphine with 6 microg/kg naloxone is effective in preventing some PCA morphinerelated side effects. Naloxone not only reduces postoperative morphine requirements but also improves the analgesic effect.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of neostigmine on atracurium-induced neuromuscular blockage in patients pretreated with magnesium sulphate].
To determine the effect of neostigmine on antagonizing atracurium-induced neuromuscular blockage with sulfate magnesium pretreatment. ⋯ Neostigmine-induced neuromuscular recovery can be attenuated in patients pretreated with magnesium sulfate.
