Review[Research Progress on Role and Mechanism of Elabela in Organ Fibrosis].
Elabela is a newly discovered peptide in recent years. It is the endogenous ligand of Apelin receptor(APJ)and plays an important role in embryonic development and adult organs. Elabela-APJ axis is closely related to organ fibrosis. ⋯ In addition,it can prevent kidney and heart fibrosis by down-regulating the expression of fibrosis and inflammatory factors. However,there is a positive correlation between the level of Elabela and the degree of liver fibrosis,suggesting that Elabela may play a role in promoting liver fibrosis. This review aims to explore the role of Elabela-APJ axis in renal fibrosis,cardiac fibrosis,and liver fibrosis,and to provide a new therapeutic target for organ fibrosis.

Review Case Reports[Remitting Seronegative Symmetrical Synovitis with Pitting Edema associated with Lung Malignancy:Case Report and Literature Review].
Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema(RS3PE),the inflammatory arthritis attacking mainly elderly males,is characterized by symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema of the dorsum of hands and feet and the absence of rheumatoid factor. RS3PE commonly accompanies malignant tumor,infections and other diseases. Here we report a case of RS3PE associated with lung malignancy and review other six cases to summarize the clinical features,treatment and prognosis.

Review[Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Musculoskeletal System Imaging].
Artificial intelligence (AI) represents the latest wave of computer revolution and is considered revolutionary technology in many industries including healthcare. AI has been applied in medical imaging mainly due to the improvement of computational learning,big data mining,and innovations of neural network architecture. AI can improve the efficiency and accuracy of imaging diagnosis and reduce medical cost;also,it can be used to predict the disease risk. In this article we summarize and analyze the application of AI in musculoskeletal imaging.

Review[N-methyl-D-aspartate Receptor:Potential Role in TreatingNeuraxial Opioid Induced Pruritus].
Neuraxial opioid administration is one of the most common methods of anesthesia and analgesia,while itching is the most troublesome adverse effect. The current treatments for neuraxial opioid-induced pruritus still have certain limitations. ⋯ Based on our recent findings on N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptors and pruritus caused by neuraxial opioids,we provide new ideas for the treatment of itching caused by neuraxial opioids. Since NMDA receptors may play a key role in neuraxial opioid-induced pruritus,NMDA receptor antagonists can have certain therapeutic advantages.

ReviewRadiological and Clinical Features of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis.
Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis(EGPA),also known as Churg-Strauss syndrome,is a clinically rare small-vessel vasculitis associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs) and the hypereosinophilic syndromes (HESs),characterized by asthma,disseminated necrotizing vasculitis,extravascular granulomas,peripheral eosinophilia,and tissue eosinophilia. This article reviews the pathology,imaging,and clinical features of EGPA.
