[Mid-term follow-up and analysis of the failure cases of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar diseases].
To assess the indications, efficacy and safety of application of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar diseases by mid-term follow-up and analysis of the failure cases. ⋯ Treatments with interspinous implants for the degenerative lumbar diseases are effective, but we should pay attention to the indication and apply them for lumbar disc herniation with caution.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of flurbiprofen combined different concentrations of ropivacaine local infiltration on postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy].
To investigate the effects of postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy using intravenous flurbiprofen combined with different concentrations of ropivacaine incision infiltration. ⋯ Intravenous flurbiprofen combined with ropivacaine infiltration could significantly reduce postoperative pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, providing more stable hemodynamics. Compared with 0.25% ropivacaine, 0.5% ropivacaine infiltration combined with intravenous flurbiprofen has better and longer analgesic effects.

[Clinical follow-up study of ulnar styloid fractures and classification of distal radial fractures].
To analyze the result of the distal radial fractures with or without ulnar styloid fracture. ⋯ ORIF with locking plate in distal radial fracture is safe and effective. There is no significant difference between the outcomes of patients with and without ulnar styloid fractures, also in patients with type I and type II fractures, union or nonunion of fractures, according to the X-ray measurement and Garlant-Werley wrist function scores. However, long-term following-up is still needed.

[Biomechanical study of interspinous fixational effect on the stiffness of adjacent segments].
To discuss the effect of interspinous fixation (Wallis) on the stiffness of adjacent segments by biomechanical measurements. ⋯ After interspinous (Wallis) fixation, the stiffness and the stability of the cephalad adjacent segment increased. The interspinous fixation system (Wallis) has a protective effect on cephalad adjacent segments.

[Retrospective analysis of effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on lumbar intervertebra disc herniation].
To analyze the influence of type 2 diabetes mellitus on incidence and severity of lumbar disc herniation. ⋯ People who received operation with lumbar disc herniation had the higher ratio concomitant with type 2 diabetes mellitus than the control group. Type 2 diabetes mellitus may increase the risk of suffering from lumbar disc herniation.
