[Protective effect of lipoxin A4 against rhabdomyolysis-induced acute kidney injury in rats].

To investigate the protective effect of lipoxin A4 (LXA(4);) against rhabdomyolysis-induced acute kidney injury (AKI) and the possible mechanism. ⋯ LXA(4); can significantly protect rats against AKI partly by blocking NF-κB activation and reducing inflammatory cytokine expression and inflammatory cells infiltration in the kidney.
