[The role of CD4+ CD25+ T cell and FOXP3 in hsot acute graft rejection].
To explore the relationship among CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cell, the expression of FOXP(3) mRNA levels of donor bone marrow (BM) and graft versus host disease (GVHD) in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). ⋯ (1) Donor-type CD4+CD25+ immune regulatory T cell level was related to recipient II-IV aGVHD. Up-grade donor-type CD4+CD25+ immune regulatory T cell level could reduce the incidence of aGVHD. (2) Donor BM FOXP(3) transcripts were detected in patients without serious aGVHD after transplantation.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Comprehensive prevention and pathogenesis of ventilator-associated pneumonia in elderly patients: a prospective, randomized, case-control clinical trial].
To assess the value of comprehensive prevention measures to ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) of patients more than 60 years old and to investigate the pathogenesis of VAP. ⋯ The comprehensive prevention measures can reduce the incidences of VAP. The astro-pulmonary route is one of the pathogenesis of VAP.

[The phenotype and function of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in hepatitis B patients].
Our aim was to investigate the frequency, phenotype and function of CD4+ CD25 high regulatory T cells (Treg) in patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B (AHB, CHB). ⋯ CHB patients presented a higher fraction of circulating Treg frequency than AHB patients at acute phase, but had no significant difference compared with healthy controls. FoxP3 mRNA was specifically expressed in CD4+ CD25+ cell population. Treg could suppress HBV antigen-specific T cell response in vitro. The study furthers our understanding of Treg's role in immunopathogenesis of hepatitis B.
