To provide a guide on appropriate sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing for primary care providers to use with patients who identify as men who have sex with men (MSM). ⋯ Testing approaches for STIs should be comprehensive and based on the patient's reported risk factors and clinical presentation. Where ongoing STI risk is identified and negative laboratory test results are received, MSM should also be counselled on recommendations for repeat screening and HIV prevention services, such as preexposure prophylaxis.

To summarize current knowledge regarding management of hypergranulation in the context of gender-affirming vaginoplasty. ⋯ By increasing clinicians' knowledge of this pervasive complication, patients' postsurgical care and outcomes can be improved.

To determine patient knowledge and preferences about primary human papillomavirus (HPV) testing. ⋯ Participants in this study identified a preference for HPV testing and self-sampling options. Concerns were raised about extended screening intervals and the safety of self-collected samples that need to be addressed in public health education initiatives during rollout of new screening programs.
