Case ReportsCOVID-19 Pneumonia during Hydroxychloroquine Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The recently emerged and novel coronavirus, severe acute respiratory distress syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), that caused the current global pandemic was detected for the first time in Turkey in March 2020. While it continues to spread rapidly worldwide, there are still many uncertainties in the prevention and treatment of new coronavirus disease. ⋯ With this report, we aim to discuss the place of HCQ in prophylaxis in the light of the literature with a case presentation of COVID-19 pneumonia under HCQ treatment. Key Words: Coronavirus, Hydroxychloroquine, Prophylaxis, Rheumatoid arthritis, COVI-19.

Observational StudySpectrum of Addison's Disease in Children.
To determine the clinical presentation of Addison's disease in order to increase the awareness of presentation in Pakistani children. ⋯ There were 36 boys and 27 girls with a mean age at diagnosis of 3.92 and 4.96 years, respectively. Twelve patients were presented with an adrenal crisis following an acute illness. All of them had hyponatraemia; however, 10 had a hyperkalaemia and 8 had been reported with hypoglycaemia. Increased skin pigmentation was observed in 45 children with other identifiable features including weight loss, lethargy, and poor response in activities. Moreover 15 of them were identified with associated disorder (autoimmune polyendocrinopattay syndrome (APS), Allgrove or triple A syndrome, and adrenoleukodystrophy). Conclusion: Typical and atypical presentations of Addison's disease in children of Pakistani population are defined in this study which may assist in better management of Addison's patients. Key Words: Adrenal crisis, Hyponatremia, Hyperkalemia, APS, Allgrove, Adrenoleukodystrophy.

[SARS-CoV-2 infection as a thrombo-inflammatory endothelial disease].
Coronavirus disease 19 is characterized by an intense inflammatory response and a high incidence of thrombotic events. Autopsy studies show severe endothelial injury associated with thrombosis of the alveolar capillaries of the lungs and other organs. ⋯ Heparin is an excellent drug to treat Covid-19 patients due to its anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and endothelial effects. Clinical guidelines agree that the use of heparin thromboprophylaxis is a component of Covid-19 coagulopathy treatment, even though the dose and duration of treatments are not well defined.
