[The possibilities of increasing of efficacy of treatment in patients with dorsalgia].
An influence of L-lysine aescinat on decrease of pain syndrome and normalization of movement's functions. MATERIAL AND METHODS. 220 patients with dorsalgia has been studied. To asses treatment efficacy the Huskisson's visual analog scale, multidimensional verbal and color test of pain and the modified Waddel's scale were used. ⋯ The results of the study revealed that the use of L-lysine aescinat promotes considerable acceleration of process of regression of a pain syndrome and the efficacious rehabilitation of movements and plays a significant role in faster and expressed knocking over of a radicular syndrome.

Current restrictions in use of flupirtine-containing medicines for a maximum of 14 days endorsed by the European Medicines Agency were followed by uncertainty/ambiguity of its analgesic efficacy for the treatment of acute low/back pain. ⋯ Even for short-term use in patients suffering from muscle-related acute low/back pain, flupirtine MR is superior effective and tolerated compared with the nsaid diclofenac.
