Patients' compliance and receptivity to nonimmersive virtual reality (NIVR) can enhance their long-term exercise therapy compliance for neurological illnesses. Patients with Parkinson disease (PD) have age-standardized rates of disability, death, and prevalence that are rising the fastest; several researches have revealed that there is no known cure for PD at this time. Thus, the current study investigates how NIVR affects patients with PD using Wii-Fit exercises. Therefore, the present study investigates the effects of NIVR using Wii-Fit exercises among patients with PD. ⋯ The review suggests that NIVR is effective for balance rehabilitation but ineffective for cognitive improvement in patients with PD aged >18 to 85 years.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Indirect comparison in network meta-analysis between SuperPATH, direct anterior and conventional approach hemiarthroplasty in patients with femoral neck fracture.
The aim of the study was to compare the short-term outcome of SuperPATH, direct anterior (DAA) and conventional approach (CA) hemiarthroplasty (HA) in patients with femoral neck fractures using a network meta-analysis. ⋯ For the treatment of patients with femoral neck fractures, SuperPATH HA ranked first, DAA HA ranked second and CA HA ranked third. Based on the results, we recommend that trauma surgeons increase their use of minimally invasive hip HA techniques. It should be noted that SuperPATH HA had a significantly lower overall complication rate compared to DAA HA when the minimally invasive technique was chosen.

Multicenter Study Observational Study
Effect of sacubitril/valsartan on hospital readmissions in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in Saudi Arabia: A multicenter retrospective cohort study.
Sacubitril/valsartan is an angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) that has been shown in multiple clinical trials to have clinical benefits and is recommended by major clinical management guidelines as a first-line treatment for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The most significant benefit that was observed in clinical trials is its effect in reducing hospital readmissions. However, little evidence supports its effectiveness in practice, especially in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ Furthermore, HF readmissions at 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day in group 1 were significantly lower than in group 2 (P < .05). Sacubitril/valsartan for the treatment of HFrEF is associated with a significantly lower rate of all-cause readmission as well as HF readmissions compared to ACEI/ARB. These benefits extend up to 12 months post-discharge.

Review Case Reports
Prenatal detection of distal 18p deletion by chromosomal microarray analysis: Three case reports and literature review.
Chromosome 18p deletion syndrome is caused by total or partial deletion of the short arm of chromosome 18 and associated with cognitive impairment, growth retardation and mild facial dysmorphism. However, most studies on the genotype-phenotype correlations in the 18p region are diagnosed postnatally. Prenatal reports involving 18p deletions are limited. ⋯ Prenatal diagnosis of 18p deletion syndrome is full of challenges due to the phenotypic diversity, incomplete penetrance and lack of prenatal phenotypes. Increased nuchal translucency and holoprosencephaly are common prenatal phenotypes of distal 18p deletion. For fetuses carrying 18p deletions with atypical sonographic phenotypes, noninvasive prenatal testing could be adopted as an effective approach.

Review Case Reports
Concomitant rapidly growing aneurysm of intracavernous carotid artery and cavernous sinus thrombosis: Case report and review of the literature.
Intracavernous infectious aneurysm (ICIA), represents a rare entity that is always described in the form of case reports in the literature. The coexistence of ICIA and cavernous sinus thrombosis (CST) is extremely rare and poorly understood. ⋯ The coexistence of ICIA and CST is extremely rare. Contiguous infection from adjacent tissues is the foremost cause of ICIA. A repeated angiographic examination is recommended under enough anti-infective treatment due to the characteristics of rapid emergence and fast growth of infectious aneurysms.
