Aluminum phosphide (AlP) is a commonly used fumigant in agriculture and grain preservation because of its high potency and low cost. Due to the absence of a specific antidote and promising treatment modality, poisoning with this substance is deadly. Amid multiple studies in different parts of the world, each exploring options like lavage, inotropes, antioxidants, etc, we conducted a systematic review to find the possible role of exogenous insulin in treating symptomatic cases of AlP poisoning. ⋯ Our review found that the use of exogenous insulin in AlP poisoning reduced mortality rates, which was consistent across all studies. With available knowledge, its inclusion as a part of therapy might be beneficial in AlP poisoning, but to put it forward confidently, we still need high-quality randomized control trials. It is indeed a subject of interest for future research.

Myocardial infarction (MI) is one of the leading causes of death worldwide because of its high morbidity and mortality. Traditional Chinese Medicine compounds play a crucial role in preventing cardiovascular diseases. Danggui Sini Decoction (DSD) is widely used clinically for cardiovascular diseases. ⋯ Gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of gene and genome analyses revealed that DSD treatment of MI mainly involves the positive regulation of the ERK1 and ERK2 cascades, positive regulation of cell proliferation, inflammatory responses, aging, and the MAPK cascade, along with other biological processes. The molecular docking results indicate that DSD drugs may interact with AKT1, EGFR, TP53, and TNF through formononetin, isorhamnetin, β-Sitosterol, and kaempferol, potentially contributing to the treatment of MI. By utilizing a multi-component, multi-pathway, and multi-target mode of action, DSD may have the potential to prevent MI.

Limited research exists on pricing policies from a bibliometric and visualization perspective, and there is a lack of understanding of their typology. This study aims to address these gaps in knowledge and provide a deeper understanding of the research topics and development trends in this field. ⋯ The current study offers a comprehensive overview of drug pricing techniques utilized in medicine through visualization and bibliometric techniques. Analysis of authors, journals, institutions, and countries could serve as a reference for new researchers and guide them differently. Researchers can also consider emerging trends when determining the focus of their studies.

This systematic review aims to synthesize existing research on parental knowledge, attitudes, and barriers to human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. ⋯ Despite moderate awareness in some GCC countries, substantial knowledge gaps and vaccine hesitancy persist. Targeted educational campaigns, effective communication strategies, and involvement of community leaders are essential to improve HPV vaccination uptake.

The rising number of immunocompromised people has increased concerns about fungal infections as a severe public health issue. Invasive pulmonary fungal infections (IPFIs) are prevalent and often fatal, particularly for those with weakened immune systems. Understanding IPFIs is crucial. ⋯ High-frequency terms include "fungal infection," "invasive," "diagnosis," and "epidemiology." Keyword and trend analysis identified "influenza," "COVID-19," "invasive pulmonary aspergillosis," and "metagenomic next-generation sequencing" as emerging research areas. Over the last 2 decades, research on IPFI has surged, with topics becoming more profound. These insights offer key guidance on current trends, gaps, and the trajectory of IPFI studies.
