Primary thymic adenocarcinomas are extremely rare and aggressive tumours. In this report, clinical and histopathological findings of this rare entity as well as its treatment approaches are presented. A 55-year man was operated for anterior mediastinal mass. ⋯ Complete surgical resection of the tumour is the most important factor. Case ReportsControl of Oesophageal Tumour-related Bleeding with a Fully Covered Self-expandable Metallic Stent (SEMS) Insertion.
The role of metallic stents in the management of refractory variceal bleeding is now well established however, they have been rarely used in the treatment of malignant gastrointestinal (GI) tract bleeding. To our knowledge, there are only three case reports in this regard, where fully covered self-expandable metallic stents (SEMS) were placed for the treatment of bleeding duodenal tumours. We have shared an experience of a novel and successful treatment of the oesophageal tumour-related bleeding with a fully covered SEMS. ⋯ Thus, a temporary fully covered SEMS was inserted across the tumour to create a tamponade effect which resulted in the immediate cessation of the bleeding. This was endoscopically removed after a week and there was no further bleeding in one-month follow-up. Key Words: Upper gastrointestinal bleeding, Metallic stent, Oesophageal cancer.

Case ReportsInflammatory Pseudotumour of Temporal Bone in a Multiple-Comorbidity Patient.
Inflammatory pseudotumour (IPT) of the temporal bone is relatively rare in the head and neck, but it is important for clinicians to be aware of this emerging entity. A 39-year man presented with a protruding reddish mass over the left external ear. High-resolution Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging of temporal bone showed soft tissue collection in the left external ear, middle ear, and mastoid cavity with bony erosion. ⋯ There was no recurrence following the RT course. Early recognition of IPT presenting as a recurrent and locally aggressive inflammatory lesion in the temporal bone is necessary to achieve favorable outcomes. Key Words: Inflammatory pseudotumour, Temporal bone, Radiation therapy.
