Effect of COVID-19 on the Working of a Tertiary Care Hospital.
To evaluate the effect of COVID-19 on the working of a tertiary care hospital. ⋯ There had been a decrease in the number of patients presenting to the hospital across the board with the most marked increase being in elective surgeries. Observational StudyPulmonary Functions and Factors Affecting Them in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease.
To determine the pulmonary functions in patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD) and factors affecting them. ⋯ Pulmonary functions were abnormal in almost half of the patients and restrictive lung disease was the most common pattern in these patients. Factors affecting the pulmonary functions were progression of CKD, falling hemoglobin level, monthly income and education. Drop in GFR and anemia had negative correlation and age had positive correlation with pulmonary functions. Key Words: CKD, Pulmonary functions, Restrictive lung disease, GFR, Anemia.

Case ReportsCOVID-19 Pneumonia during Hydroxychloroquine Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The recently emerged and novel coronavirus, severe acute respiratory distress syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), that caused the current global pandemic was detected for the first time in Turkey in March 2020. While it continues to spread rapidly worldwide, there are still many uncertainties in the prevention and treatment of new coronavirus disease. ⋯ With this report, we aim to discuss the place of HCQ in prophylaxis in the light of the literature with a case presentation of COVID-19 pneumonia under HCQ treatment. ReviewCOVID-19 Era: Challenges and Solutions in Dental Education.
Coronavirus infecious disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has brought a myriad of challenges to the dental education. Amidst the quarantine and lockdown measures, face-to-face education is disrupted around the globe. Dental educators have come up with innovative solutions to resume dental education remotely. ⋯ For this narrative review, a thorough in-depth review of the available literature, relevant to our field, was carried out. In this article, impact of COVID-19 on dental education has been discussed along with some solutions to these challenges. Key Words: COVID-19, Dental education, E-learning, Virtual/augmented reality.

Observational StudySpectrum of Addison's Disease in Children.
To determine the clinical presentation of Addison's disease in order to increase the awareness of presentation in Pakistani children. ⋯ There were 36 boys and 27 girls with a mean age at diagnosis of 3.92 and 4.96 years, respectively. Twelve patients were presented with an adrenal crisis following an acute illness. All of them had hyponatraemia; however, 10 had a hyperkalaemia and 8 had been reported with hypoglycaemia. Increased skin pigmentation was observed in 45 children with other identifiable features including weight loss, lethargy, and poor response in activities. Moreover 15 of them were identified with associated disorder (autoimmune polyendocrinopattay syndrome (APS), Allgrove or triple A syndrome, and adrenoleukodystrophy). Conclusion: Typical and atypical presentations of Addison's disease in children of Pakistani population are defined in this study which may assist in better management of Addison's patients.
