Case ReportsUnique Pediatric Gallstones Composed of Calcium Oxalate Phosphate.
Calcium oxalate phosphate is extremely rare composition of gall stones, with only one case reported in pediatric population till date. We report a case of pediatric cholelithiasis with a unique composition of calcium oxalate phosphate, detected at eight years of age. Its etiology remains unknown. ⋯ We report our experience on the unique composition of gallstones in a young girl with no known risk factors except obesity. These rare pediatric gallstones have not been associated with obesity in any literature earliar. Key Words: Gallstones, Calcium oxalate phosphate, Pediatric.

Case ReportsSnail Fever of the Bladder in a Non-endemic Area.
Schistosomiasis is rarely seen in Pakistan and is generally not very high on the list of differential diagnoses. However, it is an important cause of haematuria in certain endemic areas. It can affect multiple organs including the bladder, liver and lungs. ⋯ Final pathologic diagnosis was urinary schistosomiasis (hematobium species). This case is particularly notable for the characteristic sago nodules identified on cystoscopy. It is important to consider schistosomiasis in the differential of haematuria in such scenarios as it confers significant morbidity if left untreated. Key Words: Schistosomiasis, Schistosoma hematobium, Haematuria, Urinary bladder.

Case ReportsGlyphosate-induced Delayed Pyloric Obstruction, Ulcer and Scar Changes.
Glyphosate is a widely used herbicide. Acute glyphosate poisoning is not uncommon, mostly caused by a large amount of glyphosate entering the human body in a short time, and the common reason is taking it accidently. The manifestations of acute stage are mainly gastrointestinal reactions. ⋯ In addition, active gastric ulcer was also observed. Therefore, the choice of gastric lavage method, avoidance of neutralising acid-base reactions, and the long-term use of acid suppression and mucosal protection therapy may have important therapeutic implications for the repair of gastric mucosa in such cases. Key Words: Glyphosate, Ulceration, Pyloric obstruction.

Case ReportsRadiologic Findings of Scapular Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis Successfully Treated with CT-Guided Corticosteroid Injection.
Although Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) may arise from any bone, flat bones (skull, ribs, scapula, clavicle, and mandible) are more commonly involved. The overall reported incidence of scapular involvement by LCH is nearly 3% in the literature. Intra-lesional corticosteroid injection can be given for lesions that cause pain or postural deformity. ⋯ On follow-up imaging, almost total regression was observed. We suggest that percutaneous CT-guided intra-lesional steroid injection is an efficient method for the treatment of LCH located in bone. Key Words: Bone, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Local treatment, Corticosteroid.
