To investigate the value of pulse indicator continuous cardiac output (PiCCO) monitoring in the treatment management of patients with severe heart failure. ⋯ PiCCO monitoring is a goal-oriented treatment management for patients with severe heart failure, which is helpful to individualized accurate treatment, shorten the length of ICU stay and improve short-term prognosis.

[Value of serum level of microRNA-494 in predicting prognosis of acute renal injury after cardiac surgery in children].
To explore the value of serum microRNA-494 (miR-494) expression in predicting the prognosis of acute renal injury (AKI) after cardiac surgery in children. ⋯ Serum levels of miR-494 increased significantly in children with AKI after cardiac surgery, which is an independent risk factor for death in children with AKI after cardiac surgery, and the combination of NGAL and KIM-1 levels had a high value in predicting the prognosis of children with AKI after cardiac surgery.

[Diammonium glycyrrhizinate promotes the regeneration and repair of central nervous system in rats with severe traumatic brain injury by Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway].
To observe the effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate (DG) on nerve regeneration repair in rats with severe traumatic brain injury (STBI) from the perspective of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. ⋯ DG can promote the recovery of nerve function in rats with STBI, and its mechanism may be related to the regeneration of nerve cells proliferation and differentiation by Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and the reconstruction of nerve tissue in SGZ of hippocampus.

[Evaluation of microcirculatory changes after bundle therapy and prognostic value by the ratio of transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure in the treatment of septic shock].
To evaluate microcirculatory changes after bundle therapy and prognostic values of the ratio of transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure (PtcO2/PtcCO2) in the treatment of septic shock. ⋯ Compared with the traditional metabolic parameters, the improvement of early microcirculatory perfusion in patients with septic shock can reflect the effect of bundle therapy. The PtcO2/PtcCO2 ratio at 6 hours of bundle therapy can be used as a new index to predict the prognosis of patients with septic shock which supports the monitoring and evaluation of microcirculation in the early stage of treatment in septic shock.

[Changing laws of rest energy expenditure in critically ill patients and the intervention effect for nutritional support: a prospective study].
To investigate the changing laws of rest energy expenditure (REE) in intensive care unit (ICU) patients and the intervention effect for nutritional support. ⋯ Indirect calorimetry can more accurately grasp the changing laws of REE in critically ill patients. Nutritional support with REE value can make relevant nutritional indicators as good as possible, and reduce insulin dosage, shorten vasopressor use time, the length of ICU stay and mechanical ventilation time, but does not change the 28-day mortality.
