Randomized Controlled Trial[The best concentration ratio of propofol controlled-infusion combined with sevoflurane in anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopy].
To investigate the best concentration ratio of propofol controlled-infusion combined with sevoflurane in anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopy. ⋯ Propofol controlled-infusion at the concentration of 1 microg/ml with ETsevo at the concentration as 1 MAC is the best concentration ratio with low PONV rate and a possibility to prevent intra-operative awareness.

[Effects of early oral fluid resuscitation on organ functions and survival during shock stage in dogs with a 50% total body surface area full-thickness burn].
To investigate the effects of early oral fluid resuscitation on organ functions and survival in severe burn shock. ⋯ Although oral resuscitation with GES is not as efficient as IV resuscitation in 50%TBSA burn, it still can maintain the MAP and PV, protect the organ functions and reduce the mortality comparing to no resuscitation. Oral resuscitation may be an ideal alternative way of IV resuscitation, especially in wars or other site of mass casualties.

[Predictors of massive blood transfusion in liver transplantation for patients with benign end-stage liver disease].
To identify the predictors of massive blood transfusion in liver transplantation for patients with benign end-stage liver disease (ESLD). ⋯ MBT during liver transplantation can be predicted by preoperative MELD score and hemoglobin value in patients with ESLD secondary to type B hepatitis.

[Early risk factors of acute lung injury following orthotopic liver transplantation].
To analyze the early risk factors of acute lung injury (ALI) following orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). ⋯ A little more than a quarter of the patients undergoing OLT develop ALI after operation. High preoperative serum total bilirubin is an important early risk factor for ALI following OLT.

[Relation of MR T2 image signal intensity ratio of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with clinical manifestations and prognosis].
To investigate whether the signal intensity ratio in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical manifestations can reflect prognosis in patients with cervical compressive myelopathy. ⋯ The patients with light or without intramedullary signal change on T2WI experience a good surgical outcome. However, the patients with increase of signal intensity ratio and the occurrence of pyramidal sign show a poor prognosis after surgery.
