Multicenter Study Clinical Trial[Application of remifentanil in neurosurgical anesthesia: a multi-center study].
To observe the hemodynamic changes, recovery profiles, and side effects of propofol and remifentanil anesthesia by target controlled infusion (TCI). At different neurosurgical stages in patients undergoing neurosurgical operations. ⋯ When combined with 3 microg/ml propofol, the plasma target-concentrations of remifentanil, 3.0, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.4 ng/ml before skin incision, during skull opening, during intracranial procedure, and at skull closing respectively, can provide rapid induction, faster emergence , and better hemodynamic stability.

Multicenter Study[Prospective, multicenter study of mortality and risk factors in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome in 25 pediatric intensive care units in China].
To investigate the mortality and predictors of outcome of children with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). ⋯ ARDS has a high risk of death, and the infiltration shadows in 2-3 quadrants, PCIS, and PaCO2 are independently associated with mortality.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Impact of hypocaloric and hypo-nitrogen parenteral nutrition on clinical outcome in postoperative patients: a multi-center randomized controlled trial of 120 cases].
To evaluate the impact of hypocaloric and hypo-nitrogen parenteral nutrition (PN) on infective complication rate, postoperative hospital stay and treatment cost in postoperative period. ⋯ Hypocaloric and hypo-nitrogen PN in postoperative days 1 - 6 in patients with scores 3 or 4 decreases the rates of hyperglycemia, infectious complications, phlebitis, and SIRS, shortens the postoperative hospital stay, and lowers the cost of treatment comparing with conventional PN. The use of triple chamber bag shortens the compounding time of PN.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Clinical trial with a new immunomodulatory strategy: treatment of severe sepsis with Ulinastatin and Maipuxin].
To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of severe sepsis by combining anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing agents. ⋯ Treatment by the combining anti-inflammatory and immune enhancing agents can significantly improve the outcome of severe sepsis. The efficacy of this therapy seems to be dose dependent on.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[A comparison of T3 sympathectomy versus T4 sympathectomy in the treatment of primary palmer hyperhidrosis].
To evaluate the effect and side effect of T(3) versus T(4) sympathectomy in the surgical management of primary palmar hyperhidrosis through prospective multi-center randomized controlled trial. ⋯ The procedure of T(3) or T(4) sympathectomy, both transecting the sympathetic chain in one single position in relatively lower segment, are comparatively effective in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis, but T(4) sympathectomy shows less side effect.
