De Quervain's disease is a kind of aseptic inflammation caused by repeated frictions of tendons in the tendon sheath of the styloid process of the radius. The main symptoms are protuberance and pain of the styloid process of the radius, accompanied by aggravation of pain during the movement of the wrist and thumb. The advantages of needle-knife are simple operation, obvious therapeutic effect and high safety. It can also be used to treat De Quervain's disease. Ultrasound gives a precise visualization of the thickness. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided needle-knife in the treatment of De Quervain's disease and to provide the latest basis for clinical application. ⋯ INPLASY202110094.

Case Reports[Hematocele and hemoperitoneum as initial manifestation of hepatocellular carcinoma. Report of one case].
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) rupture is a rare complication, with a higher prevalence in countries of Asia and Europe. Its clinical manifestations can be nonspecific, from abdominal pain and bloating to hemodynamic involvement. ⋯ A CT of the abdomen and pelvis showed a liver mass with characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma, associated with extensive hemoperitoneum that drained into the scrotal sac. The patient was treated with embolization of the right hepatic artery and later with surgical resection of the tumor mass, with a good clinical evolution.

Mycoplasma pneumonia is a common disease in pediatrics, and macrolides is the first choice for the treatment. However, the increase of antibiotic resistance of macrolides makes it more and more complicated for clinical treatment. Due to the long term treatment of macrolides, it may increase the incidence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal symptoms, vascular phlebitis, liver and kidney function damage. Tanreqing injection, a Chinese herbal extraction injection, has advantages in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and it could improve the curative effect, shortening the course of disease, and reducing the side effects. Yet there is a lack of standard clinical studies to verify it, so this randomized controlled trial (RCT) will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. ⋯ This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. The results of this experiment will provide clinical basis for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin.

Knee osteoarthritis is a common chronic progressive disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of the middle-aged and elderly, and even leads to disability. More and more evidence shows that acupoint injection is beneficial to the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis, but there are differences in the efficacy of different acupoints and injection drugs, and there is no systematic review to assess this therapy at present. The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint injection in improving pain and joint function in patients with knee osteoathrosis. ⋯ Private information from individuals will not be published. This systematic review also does not involve endangering participant rights. Ethical approval will not be required. The results may be published in a peer-reviewed journal or disseminated at relevant conferences.OSF Registration number-doi: 10.17605/OSF.IO/M5FTK.
