Eosinophilic granuloma (EG) - the most common form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis - occurs rarely, and manifestations with only rib and clavicle involvement are extremely rare. EG symptoms often include pain, swelling, and soft tissue mass. The clinical diagnosis of bone EG is complex, and the differential diagnosis includes Ewing sarcoma, tuberculosis, multiple myeloma, lymphoma, primary bone malignancy, and other osteolytic lesions. ⋯ In this report, we emphasize that the clinical presentation of EG in children is not specific. Furthermore, examining age, history, presence of symptoms, and the number of sites is essential to make a correct diagnosis, and a histological examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis.

Case ReportsCystic dysplasia of the rete testis accompanying ipsilateral renal agenesis in a young adult: a case report.
A 31-year-old man with left-sided testicular pain lasting a couple of months was referred to our urology department due to a suspected testicular tumor. Physical examination showed a hard, thickened, and small left testis on palpation with a diffuse, inhomogeneous ultrasonographic appearance. After a urologic examination, a left-sided inguinal orchiectomy was performed. ⋯ On the basis of clinical data, histological, and immunohistochemical analysis, the patient was diagnosed with cystic dysplasia of the rete testis. The literature shows an association between cystic dysplasia of the rete testis and ipsilateral genitourinary anomalies. Therefore, our patient underwent a multi-slice computed tomography scan, which revealed ipsilateral renal agenesis, a right seminal vesicle cyst reaching up to the iliac arteries, and a multicystic formation cranial to the prostate.

Tocilizumab-induced mucosal injury in the terminal ileum mimicking intestinal Behçet's disease: A case report.
Tocilizumab, a humanized anti-interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor monoclonal antibody, is used for the treatment of adult-onset Still disease (AOSD). Despite its efficacy in many clinical situations, concerns have been raised regarding intestinal mucosal injury in patients receiving tocilizumab. ⋯ Tocilizumab can cause deep ulcerative lesions in the terminal ileum, which may resemble intestinal Behçet's disease. It is important to continuously monitor abdominal symptoms during tocilizumab therapy and aggressively perform colonoscopy when hematochezia or abdominal pain is observed.

This study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of microwave ablation (MWA) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for the treatment of spinal metastases. ⋯ The results of this systematic review suggest that MWA alone or in combination with surgery and RFA in combination with other modalities may improve pain caused by primary tumor metastasis to the spine, and MWA alone or in combination with surgery may have better local tumor control. However, MWA appears to result in more major complications than RFA in combination with other treatment modalities.

Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is one of the most common causes of lumbocrural pain. In the past 20 years, the incidence of LDH has increased dramatically. There are many treatments for LDH, including conservative treatment (such as acupuncture and physiotherapy), minimally invasive interventional treatment (such as collagenase chemonucleolysis and radiofrequency ablation) and surgical treatment. The main purpose of this paper is to review the development process and application status of collagenase chemonucleolysis in the treatment of LDH at home and abroad and provide a reference for clinical treatment.
