Healthcare Professionals' Experiences of the Barriers and Facilitators to Pediatric Pain Management in the Community at End-of-Life: A Qualitative Interview Study.
Inadequate pain management in community pediatric palliative care is common. Evidence to inform improved pain management in this population is limited. ⋯ Partnership working and trust between healthcare professionals and parents, and within healthcare teams, is needed for effective at-home pediatric palliative pain management. Community healthcare professionals require more education from experienced multidisciplinary teams to effectively manage pediatric pain at end-of-life and prevent emergency hospice or hospital admissions, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Case ReportsManagement of Gastric Tumor Perforation with Conservative Treatment during Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.
Perioperative chemotherapy provides advantage for gastric cancer patients in terms of survival. A 56-year male with a diagnosis of locally advanced gastric carcinoma presented with complaints of acute abdominal pain; and was diagnosed as gastric tumor perforation during neoadjuvant therapy. Gastric perforation may occur during neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer. ⋯ We used the minimally invasive treatment approach with nasogastric drainage, intravenous antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors, which was effective in the treatment of perforation. Althrough, conservative treatment approach may be an effective management option in selected patients with gastric cancer perforation. Key Words: Gastric cancer, Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, Perforation.
