Case Reports[Tuberculous pericarditis an infrequent extrapulmonary manifestation of TB].
Extrapulmonary tuberculosis (TB) contributes to 15% of total cases, representing a great diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Pericardial involvement is present in 1 to 2% of TB patients and is considered an unusual presentation form of TB. We report a 67-year-old male presenting with fever and progressive dyspnea. ⋯ Therefore, an emergency pericardiectomy was performed. The pathological report of pericardial tissue showed caseating necrosis and its Koch culture was positive. The patient was treated with anti-tuberculous drugs with a favorable evolution.

Correlation of Breast Cancer Subgroups and Axillary Metastases with 18F-FDG PET/CT and the Contribution of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the Management of the Axilla.
To investigate whether breast and axilla maximum standard uptake (SUVmax) values contribute to the treatment approach in breast cancer subgroups. ⋯ As the biological aggressiveness of tumor increased, SUVmax values increased in parallel. As a result, SUVmax values guided in determining the presence of axillary metastasis and treatment strategy. Key Words: Breast cancer, 18F-FDG PET/ CT, SUVmax values, Tumor subgroups, Axilla.

Recent research in atopic dermatitis (AD) has identified it to be a heterogeneous inflammatory skin disorder of different endotypes (immune polarisation of T-cell subsets and genetic mutations) underlying various phenotypes (age of onset, ethnicity, disease severity, etc.). The corresponding heterogeneity in underlying patho-mechanisms of the disease has resulted in an impetus towards an endotype-driven management of AD. We propose a practical approach that is based on classifying AD patients into intrinsic and extrinsic phenotypes and their corresponding underlying endotypes. This approach aims to provide a practical method that integrates recent understanding of AD pathogenesis for a targeted endotype-driven management of AD.

[Relationship between occupational commitment and teaching practices among healthcare teachers].
A central aspect of professional identity is occupational commitment, which has a significant relationship with motivation and positive mental states in healthcare environments. However, it is not clear how occupational commitment is related to teaching practices in universities. ⋯ OCQ showed an adequate internal consistency, and it was directly related with teaching practices. Committed teachers had better teaching practices. This confirms the importance of teachers' values and perceptions on their professional performance.
